The meeting will cover all of the bases, as the developers are looking for preliminary and final approval. The June 23rd Zoning Board Meeting will hear a proposal to build a new Super Wawa at the corner property which currently houses the former Entenmann’s Bakery and the Rita’s Water Ice I know there has been a long running rough patch for this commercial district, but this is a LOT of exciting projects all coming together! Add in Royal Farms, Republic Bank and Favorites a few years ago… things are looking up for Blackwood Clementon Road! Super Wawa This Wawa project could take years before the property is cleared. To be clear, Rita’s Water Ice is still open at the corner property and Entenmann’s relocated to another location as a store only, near the Starbucks. Now that’s a jam packed headline… and it’s all for Blackwood Clementon Road! The big lead story… ANOTHER Super Wawa is proposed for Gloucester Township, this one is planned for the old Entenmann’s Bakery building and Rita’s Water Ice Property!
